CUSTOMER HOLDS

Okie Crowe is happy to hold an item for customer pickup. Email okiecrowe@gmail.com which item you would like to pick up in-store. You will receive an invoice via our Square credit card processing system. Upon receipt of your payment, we will reserve your item in-store to be picked up during posted business hours or by appointment within 7 days of purchase. Because we offer many one-of-a-kind and limited edition products, we appreciate your understanding Okie Crowe is unable to hold unpaid merchandise.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Items received damaged must be reported to Okie Crowe within 7 days of receipt by customer so that Okie Crowe can make determination of how to resolve issue in a timely manner. ¬†Product quality and customer satisfaction are key to our business’ success. ¬†Shipping charges are non-refundable for returned merchandise.
